Rasleen's journal entry @ 23 April 2008

I'm cruising along furniture now! Mommy spotted new teeth sprouting - 2 new top incissors. I can also make many sounds, although some are unintelligible ... but Mommy gets me anyway! I haven't been sleeping well lately ... getting up at odd hours in the wee morning! Wonder what's up? There's also a HFMD scare here in S'pore .... so, plans of me visiting a play centre has been postponed :( Daddy's got no travel plans in the coming month, so i get to enjoy him all the more :) I'll need to do a weigh-in end of this month as Mommy wants to know how much weight i have gained since the bout of flu, which set the weight back by some bit. Cheers for now, folks!

Rasleen turns 10 months

Today, I'm 10 months exactly. Weight wise, I have not gained much, although I am growing taller day by day! I can now stand briefly on my own, with no support. I'm getting quite adept at climbing the stairs. I'm curious by nature and will crawl around the apartment to explore it :) Hope to be walking in the next few weeks to explore even greater! My 4 front teeth help me bite off chunky fruits and my daddy's fingers ;P I'm officially still in mourning since losing my great granny last Sunday, 6th April. I'm also suffering from a cold ... running nose & all. Mommy will be posting some pictures soon, including me celebrating daddy's 38th on April 10th.
